The location is truly excellent - the best thing about this apartment. The kitchen is well equipped (though small and without a dishwasher), and the furniture, while old, is in good condition.
The rating here is highly overrated. The bathroom has no window and poor ventilation, which leaves a persistent bad smell. The shower is missing a curtain, so the entire bathroom floods every time you shower. The TV is tiny (23") and old, and the furniture overall is dated. Fine for a short stay thanks to the location - but this is not a 9+ apartment.
