Het was ruim, koel (3 airco’s!), stil en brandschoon. Alles was nieuw en modern. Alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben, was aanwezig.
De communicatie met de eigenaar ging wat rommelig. Ik stuurde twee dagen voor aankomst een berichtje over onze aankomsttijd; die was vrij laat. Daar werd niet op gereageerd. Toen ik belde, bleek hij het wel ontvangen te hebben. Ik vroeg om een late uitcheck maar dat kon niet (dat snapte ik; er kwam een nieuwe gast) maar ik mocht een uurtje langer blijven, tot 12 uur. Toch kreeg ik om halftwaalf een bericht om me eraan te herinneren dat de checkout om elf uur was… Beetje rommelig dus.

The property itself is very very nice, rooms very big, 3 AC central units (one in bedroom, one in the kitchen and one in the living), 1 balcony in the rear, very quiet and with a garden, one terrace in the front at the street, kind of noisy but very good in the evening. It was very clean and very modernd. Close to the old bridge and seaside walkway with restaurants.
Parking space is available on the street for free only if you are lucky, the street is very busy and noisy and it's on a slope. You have grocery only one grocery store nearby and only 1 bakery. Very noisy front street. The beach is very far.

Πρόκειται για άκρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Η τοποθεσία είναι φανταστική, δίπλα στο κέντρο της Χαλκίδας και το παρκάρισμα αποτελεί εύκολη διαδικασία. Εξαιρετικά καθαρό, minimal κατάλυμα και άνετο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
