The apartment is at the very good location, 15 minutes to Knez Mihailova, 5-7 minutes to hotel Moskva. Everything that you might need is very near (shop, bakery, coffee, grocery, etc.). It was calm and peaceful, host was very nice and explained everything very well through messages that were brief and precise. The apratment overall is very cute and has a good view from the living room. The bathroom was nice and clean, big shower. Bedroom was also okay.
At first I thought it looked very good but later I found out that the sofa in the living room was dirty from some spillage and part of it was covered with a mat, it also had some holes in it (probably from cigarettes, even thought the smoking is not allowed inside). When I went out on the terrace there was a lot of spider web which can be okay sometimes, but it was all around the terrace door and in some other random places as well. The terrace door were not working properly so there were several times I thought I’m going to get stuck outside (that was not mentioned before we entered the apartment because if it was we would pay more attention to it).

bed against the wall in bedroom… don’t need such a huge wardrobe so replace with smaller one and then have a bed in the middle of the room

Very large apartment, coffee machine with plenty of pods. Television very large and had smart features. Good location - short walk to main areas with restaurants and cafes and shops. It was a nice sanctuary away from the business of the city with great views. It's also nice and quiet so sleeping is easy.
It really wasn't very clean at all. There's some weird stains on the sofa and some of the walls including next to the bed. There is a hole in the balcony floor which should be addressed ASAP. Also, some of the cupboard doors including the one with the bin don't open properly and are broken. 6/10 but would be 9/10 if these issues are addressed. 10/10 if the bed was bigger and wasn't pushed up against the wall.
