We were met by the wonderful Emilien who gave us the keys personally and showed us around the apartment, explaining all we needed to know. The apartment has air-conditioning and was very comfortable for two of us, a fine main bedroom but also a sofa bed in living area. Fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine as well as lots of nice touches like a welcome box of chocolates and plenty of practical things included like fresh towels, bin bags, washing tablets, toilet rolls, coffee pods, a bottle of mineral water etc.. We used the balcony a lot, beautiful for a sunny breakfast or a peaceful evening. A super base to explore Juan les Pins (and more) from. Only a few minutes from the local train station where access to other Cote d'Azur is easy (I'd recommend the SNCF Connect app for timetables, tickets and info if taking the train). No hesitation to recommend and would definitely use again when next staying in Juan les Pains.
This place is excellent, we loved it. One small tip for anyone using it for the first time, this is a private apartment in a residential block so if you arrive early (which we did by choice, no fault of the owner) there is no reception or place to leave bags. Also, a taxi driver for instance, will not know that the apartment is called Les Fleurs Bleues, so make sure you give the full address. That said, contacted Emilien who let us know we were in the right place and he'd advise us as soon as it was ready (which was not long). So we just grabbed lunch in one of the many cafes and bars within a couple of minutes' walk till Emilien called.

Дуже чисто та затишно, я була як вдома. Emilien був дуже любʼязний , миттєве заселення, рекомендації до відвідування різноманітних місць, зустрів мене з капсулами для кофе, охолодженими напоями та цукерками.
Абсолютно нічого, все було добре

Ci è piaciuto tutto e dal vivo, la struttura, ha superato le nostre aspettative. L’appartamento è come si vede nelle foto e forse anche più luminoso, ampio e accogliente! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, sempre attenti e disponibili! Un grande ringraziamento a Emilien e Marine per averci fatto trascorrere una vacanza perfetta! 🤩

Prima appartement, alles wat nodig is, is er. Een hele fijne enthousiaste gastheer. Afspraken werden perfect nagekomen.
Niks onoverkomelijks. Parkeerplek is krap.
