Very friendly accommodating receptionist and staff. Big clean room to escape the vast busy city life from, which appears to be far away, but is indeed nearby. Very nicely maintained resort area, which also served us a really nice breakfast. If you are up for a bit of quiet time whilst passing by Mumbai outer districts, definitely a safe place to recommend.

We had an amazing stay! It was such a great touch that access to the swimming pool, indoor game room, outdoor sports, and even paddle boating on the pond were all completely free with no hidden charges. We had so much fun! On top of that, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the service was top-notch."
Overall a great stay, though the water quality in the swimming pool could use some improvement.

Room was amazing, with the biggest bed I've ever seen. The staff could not do anything more for us. The service was impeccable, it was my husband's birthday while we were there. They decorated the table and provided a beautiful cake for the occasion. The rooms are large bright and beautiful decorated. Cleanliness was the best I have seen in India. Food was all cooked fresh to order and very reasonably priced. This was a perfect location for us to visit Neral and away from tbe craziness of Mumbai. Highly recommended.
Nothing everything was perfect.
