Unexpected cancellation right before our trip

We keep receiving review requests for a trip and property we unfortunately never got to enjoy, as our booking was cancelled just one day before our planned arrival. We were very disappointed for two main reasons. First, we had planned the trip well in advance with our baby, arranging everything accordingly, so a last-minute cancellation was a major inconvenience. Second, the cancellation notice stated it was due to overbooking on their side, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the property’s communication regarding booking (and Booking) management should be improved - especially in handling situations like this. I understand that unexpected issues can occur and that the cancellation was likely not intentional, but given that such last-minute cancellations have a serious impact on guests, clear, timely, and considerate communication is absolutely essential.

Glamping Domes niso najbolj primerni za manjse otroke, saj se celotna ograja maje in je prepletena z vrvmi. Pravtako, pa je okolica kupol slabo oskrbovana.
