Modern and well equiped apartment with delightful bed and a good sleeping couch for the kids. Ashtonishing rooftop swimming pool and beautiful garden in center of the complex. Also a little jacuzzi in our garden.
The accomodation is a bit isolated in the jungle with only private beaches from other hotels in the direct area. (10 minutes walking) During our stay in July, sargasso weed was a big issue so you can't swim in the sea. The jacuzzi had less privacy. Contact with owner is only digital via messages.

We visited in June 2026. The location was excellent, you could walk or bike to the beach clubs. We rented a car to drive around the city and explore other areas. Building felt safe and quiet. Rooftop pools were amazing and great for relaxing. Our host Christine was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or needs. Apartment was well equipped and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay and do not have any complaints.

It’s a modern and nice house. Very Comfy bed, clean kitchen with all utilities necessary. More than Enough for 2 people.
The pool at the Terrace is too small that it’s not very possible to enjoy. Also the location is tricky, you must have a car. They give you bikes but they are VERY OLD and rusty, they dont even have a break, very old style. Riding the bike that you cant trust is not the best option to travel through Tulum hotel zone, as the roads are already bumpy and narrow.
