Beautiful place but very dissapointing

Not all units are equipped with air conditioning as advertised. Not being informed about it when making a bookong that you get a unit without aircons. Fans in the rooms but not working. Not enough towels in the unit for amount of guests booked. Unit was not cleaned properly previous guests beer caps still lying around. No manager to check you in so they send the maintenance guy to give you your keys and show you the unit. It looked fantastic when making the booking but was really dissapointed with what we found. When queried was told no units with aircons available. After we decided to find alternative accommodation then suddenly they wanted to make a plan. Very sad as it is a beautiful unit and would have been nice to stay there if all was in place and service was good.
