Distance from car park to room and had to ask where room was - not easy for someone with mobility issues
Bathroom floor can get very wet
No toaster or microwave - not everyone wants to eat at onsite restaurant nor eat cold food for main meals - still highly recommend though

The room is very tastefully decorated and generally quite modern in the set out with extras not seen at most places around this price. Extras included bottled water and snacks, breakfast supplies, coffee pod machine with plenty of pods and real as well as UHT milk if needed, all at no added cost. There were even some games and books to read if desired. Great for a relaxing time. The environment is lovely, basically on the golf course with lovely grounds. Nice to be out of town but still very close to Bunbury and Eaton areas.
Would have been nice to have a proper tax invoice which neither Booking.com or the hotel could provide as I travel for work and needed it. I stayed 3 nights and it would have been good to either have a third set of towels, cups, bowls etc. or have the room serviced after 2 nights to replenish everything. There was nowhere to wash dishes up except in sink in bathroom and towels didn't really dry when hung up in the room. These things are not major concerns but potential improvements only to make it 10/10.

The room was comfortable and clean, the best thing about the room was all of the small extra comforts for example coffee pod machine, slippers, eye masks, washing powder and clothes bag, phone chargers on the bedside tables, 3 pillow choices - hard medium and soft. All small things, but a really nice touch to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
The only thing I could fault is that the coffee cups were stained inside, there was really nothing bad about the room at all
