Kankhara Villas Sidemen

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Villa huge and very beautiful. Bathroom amazing! Lovely private pool area and deck with chairs, loungers and umbrella. Staff superb....we were well looked after by Cynthia and team. Fantastic breakfast choices and afternoon tea included. Villa cleaned daily. Sidemen is a truly special place....lots to do....so pretty and laid back....we ate at some great restaurants including Asri dining and Sajah but the meal at the Villa was also really high quality. Recommend hiring scooters for the week. Gembleng waterfall really lovely....go early and have a drink in the cafe at the top. Rice fields walk, the Besakih temple, La montagne coffee for the view....

Having to come home!

Nieuw, schoon, smaakvol, personeel heel vriendelijk

Terras is klein en ligt in de volle zon met weinig schaduw

Lovely staff. Large clean room and private pool.

The construction noise was terrible, would start about 8.30 am until about 5.30 pm . The restaurant had frozen meals they reheat, no made to order apart from pizza. Isolated, if you ordered meal (lunch or dinner) to your room no dishes collected until the next day. Driver couldn't drop us off at reception as construction and narrow road made it impossible, we had to drag our suitcases, the same happened on checkout.
