Horrible and moldy apartment, terrible and rude host.

The location is not as good as the listing makes it seem, the road is long, and it is only the "350 m" from the beach if you know a local that knows an obscure shortcut in other people's backyards.

DO NOT COME HERE. This apartment is not how it looks on the pictures. When I first arrived, in the whole building there was nobody, and I wondered if I even came to the right place. The host is not the owner, but the manager of the property from JKHomes. He was unhelpful when I called him for help to get into the apartment, and he told me to "just watch the video carefully", even though the problem was not getting to the property, but into the right apartment, as there were two. Then came trouble after getting into the apartment. First of all, it has both black mold in the bedroom (painted over, but still it grew and was visible and also the whole apartment smelled wet) and white mold in the kitchen, as well as a yellow rusty fridge, also painted over. Second, I searched for a washing machine as on the booking it is stated that there is one. There is no washing machine, making the listing fraudulent. Third, after about 30 minutes half of a colony of ants came in through the door (it was old and it wasn't airtight) and there were also spiders in the apartment. The mosquito nets in the kitchen window were completely torn and looked like they were at least 20 years old- they were useless. The whole building looked abandoned, the state of the apartment was unacceptable, and I was even afraid to turn on the air-conditioning. After just one night there I developed sore throat and cough. I couldn't even sleep in the bedroom (black mold) so I had to sleep on the couch. There were no mosquito nets on any of the windows (except the torn one in the kitchen). The next day I left the apartment and contacted the host, saying I have vacated the property and was requesting a full refund of the stay. He was not responding, then when I threatened to contact local authorities, he finally responded. Then I waited 10 days and texted him again, at which point he said I was aggressive. He denied my claim for a refund.

Si dorme benissimo.

Appartamento in zona tranquilla, incantevole, con bellissima terrazza dove cenare. Cucina attrezzata, forno e fornelli nuovi, elettrodomestici presenti, posaterie e pentole nuovi, scalda acqua e testiera nuovi. Gestore gentilissimo.

Ci tornerei comunque.
