We were visiting Ayr for the Gold Cup and the proximity of the apartment to the racecourse was excellent. It was also a short drive into town for restaurants.
We found when returning to the property later in the evening the communal areas were very dark. The apartment is light and clean but would benefit from a few more finishing touches - bedside lamps, mirrors etc. it was only two of us staying, so not an issue, but if apartment was at full occupancy there was only one wardrobe.

Suited our needs very well group of ladies attending the Bowls at Northfeild
No instructions for cooker ,tv. ,washing machine, etc, not knowing where bin location was for rubbish outside. Not knowing small details would make a difference if written down, for all to follow.
Overall, we had a great stay .

The greeting was spot on.
The whole holiday let was very clean and perfect for our stay. Couldn’t fault it at all.
Everything was perfect from start to finish.
