Good Kitchen, Supersoft Mattress
Small, old, non-smart TV with broken remote. Attached to the wall at the head of the bed, so you can‘t watch it when lying in bed. Rest of house (garage, front door, etc) totally run-down.

Great value for money, self contained and kitchenet and fridge good. Easy parking and keysafe makes check in/out straightforward. A perfect stop over for exploring local area or doing Eden sessions. Would deffinately book again.
Double bed in corner makes it a bit harder to get in out for 1 of 2 people. Only 1 teaspoon could do with another! In this heatwave a fan would have been a nice extra, the bench outside is broken in the central support and a lovely touch to sit out but we didnt trust it.
