Spacious and comfortable appartment. Location is great and close to the U-bahn. Beds and shower are clean and comfortable.

Great location. Although we were a bit worried about the door access system at first, everything worked perfectly, and we had a wonderful stay in Berlin.
The only minor issue was the availability of the Wi‑Fi connection.

The apartment itself was great, spacious and comfortable for our group. In the end, the sleeping arrangements worked well, and the place was overall very nice. If I were rating only the apartment, I would give it around an 8/10.
The communication before arrival was very confusing and contradictory, especially regarding the sleeping arrangements, which created unnecessary stress just a few days before the trip.
On arrival, the electronic door lock did not work and we had to contact support to get access. While a solution was provided, it added complexity, especially for a group of 8.
It was also difficult to get clear answers throughout, and most of the communication felt automated/AI like. Not having a real person readily available made the experience feel unsupported.
Additionally, WiFi was listed as an amenity but we were unable to find or access it during our stay.
