Huele bastante a cañerías

La ubicación del lugar . La atención de Sonia es inmejorable, muy atenta y resolutiva.

El olor permanente a cañerías que tiene el apartamento, llegaba un punto que era bastante desagradable. La cama de matrimonio tiene la mitad de las tablillas del somier caídas, por lo que el colchón constantemente se hunde por ciertas zonas y cueste descansar

Limpieza pésima

que más me gustó fue su ubicación en pleno centro y la cercanía de varios parkings para aparcar. La gestora muy amable.

Las llaves las dejaron en el buzón con poca seguridad, cualquier vecino podía cogerlas. El piso estaba muy sucio, las paredes manchadas, las sábanas de las almohadas también, detrás del wc incluso encontramos un objeto de aseo personal ajeno, olía a humedad, la mampara de la ducha llena de geles, champús y mascarillas de otras personas, grifería oxidadada... El sofá no es en L como aparece en la foto. La cama es incómoda y el ruido de los vecinos excesivo. Solo hay aire acondicionado en el salón.
