Qué pena
Una vez resueltas o mitigadas estas incidencias, pudimos disfrutar de un apartamento bien equipado, limpio, cuidado en gran medida al detalle y situado en una ubicación excelente. Asimismo, la atención y la comunicación por parte de la gestión (en nuestro caso, Fátima) fueron, en términos generales, satisfactorias.
Nuestra estancia estuvo marcada por una serie de incidencias que, si bien fueron atendidas con diligencia, afectaron de manera significativa a la experiencia global. Durante los dos primeros días (de cuatro que estuvimos allí) tuvimos que gestionar una pequeña infestación de hormigas que afectaba, principalmente a la encimera de la cocina, problemas con la puerta principal de acceso, que llegó a quedar inutilizable, un sistema de aire acondicionado que no enfriaba correctamente, una mampara de ducha que permitía la salida de agua, así como la ausencia de mosquiteras, lo cual imposibilitaba abrir las ventanas para contrarrestar la falta de aire acondicionado, y la falta de un toldo en el patio delantero, circunstancia que hacía prácticamente imposible disfrutar de este espacio a partir de las 10 de la mañana.
Cabe destacar que, tras informar desde el primer día y momento de los problemas, al tercer día, en la búsqueda de soluciones alternativas al problema de acceso y de la mampara de la ducha, contamos con la intervención de dos cerrajeros especialmente profesionales, resolutivos y predispuestos a ayudar que solucionaron ambos problemas. Asimismo, respecto al problema del aire acondicionado, contamos con un técnico de aire acondicionado eficaz y comprometido, cuya actuación nos permitió disfrutar del apartamento a una temperatura adecuada. Respecto al toldo, no había solución inmediata, cosa que ya se nos advirtió en el momento de la llegada al apartamento, que no a la hora de reservar, pero, en teoría, ese problema para futuros huéspedes ya estará solucionado.
No obstante, consideramos oportuno señalar que algunas compensaciones ofrecidas inicialmente por las molestias ocasionadas (como por ejemplo el abono del coste del insecticida para el problema de las hormigas) o bien no llegaron finalmente a materializarse, o bien se ofrecieron a sabiendas de nuestra imposibilidad de aceptarlas.
