The apartment was extremely central, without being too noisy in the evening.
Only the access. There wasn’t a lift and the apartment was situated on the 4th floor.

The apartment is exceptionally clean, cozy, and fully matches the description—in fact, it looks even better in person! It is a fantastic option for a few nights while exploring Palermo. The location is excellent, and despite being so central, it was completely quiet at night. Even in the peak heat, we were very comfortable as the air conditioning worked perfectly.
Communication with the host, Davide, was top-notch. He was incredibly fast, responsive, and helpful. Whether it was arranging a late-night check-in, helping with a courier, or letting us leave our luggage in the hallway for a couple of hours after checkout, everything was handled smoothly and with no extra charges. Highly recommend!
There are a few minor things to keep in mind. When using the water in both bathrooms at the same time, the pressure and temperature fluctuate (though in summer, this didn’t really bother us). The apartment is on a high fourth floor, which wasn't an issue for us since we only traveled with light backpacks, but it's worth noting if you have heavy luggage. The kitchen is quite compact, but for a 3-day/2-night stay, it was more than enough.
A word of caution for families with small children: the apartment isn't very child-proof. There is a lot of decorative glass, and the balconies aren't the safest for toddlers. Our child accidentally knocked a vase off the edge of a table. Thankfully, there were no injuries, and we simply reimbursed the host for the damage (we were very glad it was just an inexpensive IKEA vase and not a family heirloom!). However, we had to clean up the broken glass with our bare hands because we couldn't find a broom and dustpan in the apartment—it would be a great addition to have these available for guests.

Vor allem die zentrale Lage, aber auch die Ausstattung.
Der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet.
Durch die sehr zentrale Lage kann es abends wenn man schlafen will etwas lauter werden. Unserer Meinung nach war es aber noch im Rahmen.

Eine mega Wohnung im Zentrum einer mega Stadt. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgte aus Zeitgründen über das Telefon - reibungslos.Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen, die Wohnung eine Wucht Sicherlich war der Aufstieg immer etwas beschwerlicher, aber der Ausblick dafür umso überwältigender. Es kann nachts laut sein von der Straße, aber wen das stört - es gibt sicher auch Wohnungen etwas außerhalb. Uns störte das nicht, gehörte eher richtig dazu.
