Escogimos este alojamiento por la excelente ubicación para visitar Ravelo.
Flexibilidad ofrecida por la anfritiona para hacer un auto check-in al no conocer exactamente nuestra hora de llegada (por la tarde).
Creemos que el alojamiento no se corresponde con lo contratado ni cumple unas condiciones mínimas de higiene y habitabilidad.
Aunque la valoración media del apartamento es aceptable, el número de reseñas es muy reducido. Ni siquiera su precio, en la media alta de la zona, nos hizo sospechar el deficiente estado del alojamiento y los evidentes problemas de limpieza que, en nuestra opinión, podrían suponer un riesgo para la salud. Lamentablemente, esta plataforma no permite adjuntar las fotografías que acreditan lo que aquí describimos.
Ante la situación encontrada, decidimos no alojarnos en el apartamento y buscar una alternativa por nuestra cuenta. Hemos solicitado a Booking el reembolso íntegro por incumplimiento de las condiciones anunciadas en la reserva.
El apartamento no se corresponde con la descripción. Aunque se anuncia con tres habitaciones, en realidad dispone de dos dormitorios y dos camas plegables en el salón, por lo que no resulta adecuado para cinco adultos.
El acceso se realiza por unas escaleras situadas en un segundo o tercer piso, con abundantes restos de yeso y desconchones acumulados, aparentemente desde hace tiempo, sin que se haya realizado ninguna limpieza.
La falta de higiene es generalizada, especialmente en los baños, donde encontramos manchas amarillentas y grisáceas de suciedad en desagües y mamparas de ducha.
El estado de conservación de las instalaciones es claramente deficiente.
El salón dispone únicamente de una mesa con cuatro sillas, dos sillones rotos e inutilizables y carece de televisión, pese al precio del alojamiento.
Los colchones y almohadas son de muy baja calidad, están deformados y resultan impropios para el descanso de un adulto.
