Very clean property, spacy, generally well equipped, new building and interior is new and fresh, staff answering to questions rather quickly. I would definitely recommend the place to stay over he winter period.
No air conditioning. One small fan was in apartment, the other one was provided during our stay upon our request which we highly appreciated. Still over the warm period it is too hot, especially for sleeping. Kitchen equipment could be a bit better. Simple things like bowls or turner missing.

Cet appartement avait tout, sauf une chose.
Séjour agréable, avec un grand avantage : une place de parking. Seule la climatisation nous a manqué.
L’appartement était bien équipé et, dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Cependant, il manquait un élément très important : la climatisation. En été, avec les fortes chaleurs, c’est vraiment indispensable. Comme il n’y en avait pas, nous étions obligés de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Beaucoup de moustiques entraient dans l’appartement et ils m’ont piquée, ainsi que mon enfant. C’était très désagréable et cela a nui à notre confort.
À notre arrivée, nous avons eu des difficultés à ouvrir le coffre contenant les clés. Pour qu’il s’ouvre, il a fallu appuyer très fort et donner un coup sur le coffre afin de débloquer le mécanisme. Il serait très utile de préciser cette information aux futurs voyageurs, car cela peut leur beaucoup de stress à leur arrivée.

Good size apartment, clean and close to tram station, close to city center. Ok for 3 persons.
Everything was ok. Check in another link was a little confusing at first.

Die Lage war gut und das Haus sehr modern
Es hat keine Klimaanlage, im Sommer unerträglich. Der Boden war extrem dreckig. Für den Preis einfach nicht in Ordnung. Im Badezimmer hat der Abguß ecklig gerochen.
