M’a très bien dépanné pour l’utilité que j’avais personnellement

Ne trouvons pas de logement avec la CNFPT ce logement se trouve à 900 m de ma formation très bien, vous gérez les horaires

Il manque peut-être un peu de déco et de remise à niveau un peu plus moderne, mais c’est pas mes critères les plus importants donc j’ai apprécié d’avoir un logement accessible

Vies!!!

Het enige dat me beviel was dat het een groot appartement was. De conversatie met de conciërge ging vlot. Dat is fijn.

Het fornuis in de keuken was erg plakkerig; ik vond het vies om aan te raken. Er waren geen lucifers in de buurt van het fornuis; ik moest op zoek gaan naar een paar. De keukenuitrusting was ongeorganiseerd en ontoereikend; ik moest thee drinken uit een frisdrankglas omdat er geen mokken waren. Er was geen theedoek aanwezig in de keuken, en ook geen afwasmiddel. Het was niet schoon in de hoeken of langs de plinten van de kamers. Het vloerkleed lag vol kruimels, en er lag vuil achter de slaapkamerdeur. De douche liep slecht door. Er hing nog een vuile handdoek aan de badkamerdeur. In de prullenbak in de badkamer lag een dot kauwgum van de vorige. Het voelde heel ongastvrij om binnen te komen en alle stoelen op de tafels te vinden, en de beddensprei op de kledingkast gegooid zonder dat deze zelfs maar netjes was opgevouwen. Het zou fijn geweest zijn om een bank of een leunstoel te hebben om op te zitten. Ik vind dat u veel te veel vraagt voor dit appartement in de huidige staat. The gas stove in the kitchen was very sticky; I found it unpleasant to touch. There were no matches near the stove; I had to go looking for some. The kitchen equipment was disorganized and inadequate; I had to drink tea from a soft-drink glass because there were no mugs. There was no tea towel provided in the kitchen, and no dish soap. It wasn't clean in the corners or along the baseboards of the rooms. The rug was full of crumbs, and there was dirt behind the bedroom door. The shower drained poorly. A dirty towel was still hanging on the bathroom door. It felt very unwelcoming to walk in and find all the chairs placed on the table, and the bedspread tossed onto the wardrobe without even being properly folded. It would have been nice to have a sofa or an armchair to sit on. I feel you are charging way too much for this apartment in its current condition.

Viel Platz, ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung, unkomplizierter CheckIn mit Schlüsselbox

Bei unserer Ankunft in der Unterkunft mussten wir leider feststellen, dass diese sehr dreckig war und unangenehm roch. Nicht nur war jede Menge Dreck und Staub in den Ecken (unzureichende Reinigung), sondern der Teppich unter dem Tisch war sehr schmutzig inklusive Essensresten, die Bettwäsche sah benutzt aus mit Staub, Haaren, Flecken und sehr unangenehmem Geruch, die Dusche war noch nass (wie frisch benutzt) mit Haaren, der Mülleimer nicht geleert. Im Kleiderschrank war fremde Kleidung (Jacke, Unterhose). Wir haben uns sofort mit dem Vermieter in Verbindung gesetzt und Fotos zur Verfügung gestellt. Da es schon 21 Uhr war, haben wir insbesondere einfach um frische Bettwäsche gebeten und hätten uns mit dem Rest arrangieren können. Die Kommunikation zog sich über eine Stunde hin und war sehr unangenehm. Der Vermieter ist überhaupt nicht auf unsere Beschwerden und die Fotos eingegangen, er hat uns lediglich Übersichtsaufnahmen der Reinigungskraft gesendet als "Beweis", wie sauber es ist. Dass dort die schmutzigen Details nicht sichtbar sind, ist eigentlich klar. Mehrfach hat er auch einfach gesagt, er sehe keinen Dreck auf den von uns zur Verfügung gestellten Fotos. Frische Bettwäsche war erst am nächsten Abend möglich und wir haben uns wirklich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Auch ein Rabatt oder eine Rückerstattung waren nicht möglich. Die Krönung war dann noch eine automatisierte Nachricht nach Check-out, dass uns 15% Rabatt auf eine nächste Buchung angeboten werden, wenn wir eine gute Bewertung (Anforderung: 9 oder 10) abgeben. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr geekelt und unwohl gefühlt und uns zudem noch über den unfreundlichen Vermieter und dessen unfreundliche Kommunikation geärgert und können die Wohnung nicht empfehlen!

Très grosse déception après un long voyage

l'appartement semblait avoir été occupé quelques instants avant. Les chaises sur la tables, le lits complètement défait, et le contact avec Masterkey, plus qu'aléatoire.. Visiblement, ils ne vérifient pas eux même de la qualité de la mise à disposition du lieu malheureusement. Gestionnaire de meublé ne s'improvise pas ou alors il faut changer de métier.

L'emplacement 5 mns à pied du centre ville ! calme ! 3 pièces ! bien équipé ! cour derrière la maison pour moto (dommage pas de garage utilisable malgré qu'ils soient là ?)

Maison ancienne pas entretenue, plafond défoncé au dessus de la porte d'entrée dans le couloir ! ménage vite fait (trouvé en arrivant du linge sale dans l'armoire fermée donc une mauvaise odeur qui à persisté et embaumé la chambre lit et linge) Bonde de salle de bain sale, pain rassis dans le sac prévu à cet effet !!!
