This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. We stayed here for more than a week, and not once did we feel that anything was missing. Everything is so thoughtfully arranged that very quickly it stops feeling like a rental apartment and starts feeling like home.
The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need: a dishwasher, oven, stove, plenty of dishes and everything necessary if you want to cook at home. There is also a washing machine, iron/steamer, plenty of hangers and a convenient place to dry clothes. These little details make such a difference, especially when staying for more than just a few days.
The bed is large and very comfortable, there is plenty of space for your belongings, and the balcony with its ocean view is wonderful. We loved having breakfast and dinner there.
If you are renting a car in Madeira, having a private parking space in the garage is a huge advantage. You never have to worry about finding somewhere to park. The location is also excellent: shops, a large shopping centre, cafés and restaurants are nearby, while it is also very convenient for driving around and exploring the island.
But Fabio deserves a special mention. After many years of travelling, we have rarely met such a genuinely kind, attentive and caring host. Throughout our stay he was always available, checking that everything was okay and asking whether we needed anything.
On the day of our departure, something happened that we will never forget. On our way to the airport, I realised that I had left some very important medication in the refrigerator. We had already returned our rental car and had no way to go back, and there was very little time before our flight. Fabio personally went back to the apartment, found my medication and drove all the way to the airport to bring it to me before our departure.
He absolutely did not have to do this.

We loved the property! The location was perfect for having a rental car and going on day trips around the island. With easy access to the highway, nearby really good restaurants (Restaurante Imperfeito was amazing!) and grocery stores (Continente has everything!) , and a short Uber to the old town Funchal. The property was well equipped with everything you need (including a few different ways to make coffee which is always important). The water views were nice too and Fabian (the host) was fantastic!
Everything was truly amazing! My girlfriend (Swiss) was bothered some nights by cars driving by but I didn’t notice it and slept like a baby.

Sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man sich in einem Apartment wünscht. Tolle Aussicht auf den Atlantik und bei Nacht die Lichter von Funchal.
Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre, in wenigen Minuten im Einkaufscenter, der Strand mit diversen Badeanlagen ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, alles top.

Location, attention to details, all needed devices and equipment in flat, easy and convenient checkin/check out, building and flat is new, parking place is suitable.
A bit noisy street plus windows without noise protection. But not a drama.
