Good location but lack of hospitality

The Location

The photos are misleading showing a different view of the sea and a balcony. There are a number of photos which are from a different flat. When you select « reserve the flat » then it is true that the actual photos are shown. There were no hand towels and only a towel each for the five days. One and a half roles of toilet paper and the only info sheet was full of orders. There is a detergent bottle and sponge in the shower suggesting you should clean it after usage.

Apartment was clean and tidy, had everything you need when self catering.

The apartment is at the top of a tall building with no lift. I counted around 80 steep steps to get up there. It is what it is but you need to be fully able bodied to reach the apartment.

Disappointing

Very well placed to enjoy the Dinard Film Festival. Nice view over town. Decent sofa.

Requests for help were either denied with apologies or ignored. Heating on was not on because it had been left off at the tableau and this was not stated. Bedding and towels were poor in quality. List of rules, reinforced in advance by message from the proprietor were the opposite of welcoming.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Da das Appartement gegenüber von Restaurants liegt, ist es lange laut. Für ein Wochenende total ok, jedoch für einen längeren Aufenthalt für uns nicht geeignet. Die Wohnung war sauber.

Das Bad benötigt mehr Aufmerksamkeit und vielleicht auf mehr Pflege.

The Location
