Location is okay, its like a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest subway station. Its a hotel, it meets the basic expectations of a clean room, clean bed and clean towels. Toilets are great and comfortable.
My only issue had been with the room sizes, especially the bathrooms. They are just too small and difficult to work with. There was an earthquake during our stay and the hotel did not even blink which is a very good sign. However even hours after the earthquake the hotel staff did not permit the use of elevators so we had to walk up 9 floors in the middle of the night, while drunk. I guess its a safety issue so its understandable but that climb really sucked.
