It was a nice clean apartment! Very clean and bright.

I loved the location. It’s just perfect!!

There was no iron, and no one replied to me regarding it, unfortunately.

6 / 10

Okay

It was next to the beach. And other things to do or see. And the air conditioner was great too.

Smaller than expected. We were without Wi-Fi for 2 days because of technical issues which would have been best if it had been resolved before our arrival. The bed made noise at every move. The walls are thin and so you could hear every thing the neighbour next door did. There wasn’t some vital cooking utensils. We didn’t know how to turn on the kitchen hood because there were no buttons around it so all the smell of what we cooking remained inside unless we opened the window.

Bed bugs. Cockroaches.

Nothing.

This accommodation was terrible. I wasn't going to write a review if the host was reasonable with compensation but they are not being, so here is the review. The hot water doesn't work and i had cold showers for a week. The place has cockroaches all through it, and bed beds. I woke up daily with bites all over my legs. I host said she would get someone out to fix the bug issue, admitting fault for the issue, but then wont compensate me for my stay.

Great value in central Nice

Excellent location in downtown Nice, comfortable pull out bed, nicely equipped kitchen.

The studio could have been a bit more clean, particularly in the bathroom.

Everything is perfect because it is located right in the center and only takes a few minutes to get to the beach or the square

The room next door is quite noisy at night and we can hear everything

La ubicación es perfecta. En pleno centro de Niza y muy cerca de la playa.

El colchón bastante incómodo, ausencia de armario y en cuanto a la equipación del baño escasa o inexistente ( jabón, gel , papel wc ...).
