The room amenities matched the description (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private bathroom, etc.). Upon request, I was provided with an electric kettle for making coffee and tea, which hadn't been there initially. Friendly staff. Good value for money.
I reported a few technical issues in the room and bathroom to the owner that require repair. He claims he will fix them. Of course, one has to realize that this is not a top-tier hotel. In other words, those who accept a lower standard in exchange for a lower price will be satisfied. If you have knee problems, keep in mind that there is no elevator.

We had a very pleasant stay and can highly recommend this accommodation. Ana was an exceptional host: very friendly, flexible, and always willing to help. Our flight was delayed, but she was very understanding and accommodated a flexible check-in without any issues, which we greatly appreciated. She was also very helpful with local recommendations, including arranging a reliable taxi for our trip back to the airport. The location is another advantage. The accommodation is centrally located, with the main city center reachable in about 12-15 minutes on foot, while an area with many restaurants and dining options is only ca around 10 minutes away.
As is often the case in older buildings, some sounds from neighboring rooms could occasionally be heard through the walls, however, this did not significantly affect our stay,

La posizione, vicina al centro.
L'host Ana simpaticissima e super disponibile.
L'edificio è abbastanza decadente, la camera è abbastanza datata, così come le porte. Letti e cuscini abbastanza scomodi. Nota sicuramente negativa da menzionare, c'è il divieto di gettare la carta igienica nel wc.
