HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Buffalo - Niagara Airport

Clean, quiet and great location.

Beds are not comfortable, very low toilet and tiny bathroom

Good location

Smells cigars, bathroom with no shampoo or body wash.

The price we paid was great and I love that we had the chance to book it at last minute and had a great stay in a very quiet place.

I love the stay and I will stay there again but the bathtub was clogged and needs to be cleaned better and the toilet needs to be clean and fix because the water kept running after flushing it but besides that I LOVED MY STAY. THANK YOU.

Location location it's a good location off the beaten path a little bit so you don't have to be inundated with the constant sound of airplanes and traffic the sheets were clean and the towels ample the room was spacious and there was a brand new refrigerator which made it easy to make a quick bite to eat.

The room was not clean and the ac filter was filthy. When I arrived there the phone was actually stashed under the bed I had to wipe all the counters down myself the top of the toilet was broken and I cut my finger, the heat went out and I had to borrow a heater from my son and the toilet was not working properly the hand dryer was broken the trash seem to be piled up around the trash cans and the exterior and it was difficult to communicate with the property staff. However given that it was in the middle of the winter some of their more difficult customers perhaps the challenges that remodeling and managing in the winter - it is my hope for a better stay next time.
