On the ground floor, on the left, there is a kitchen set with a washing machine and a dishwasher. 2 refrigerators, pots and pans are available.
The kitchen has all the essentials, but the plates are plastic, which feels uncomfortable for a house of this level. On the right side, there is a hall with a sofa, TV, and access to the terrace with a dining table – convenient for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and very pleasant overall.
The stairs lead to the second floor, where there is a very small room with just one sofa. There is no air conditioning, so it gets stuffy, and the sofa is uncomfortable for sleeping.
On the third floor, there is a bathroom combined with a toilet. The bathtub is clean with new tiles, but the shower is not convenient for use. For 4–6 guests, having only one toilet is not very practical.
Also on the third floor, there is a very comfortable bed and access to a balcony/terrace with a table, chairs, and a sun lounger. It would have been much better if such a comfortable bed had also been available on the first and second floors, because those floors only had sofas, which were not comfortable for sleeping.
Wi-Fi was very slow. I needed to handle some work tasks, but everything loaded with great delay.
There is no kettle
The plates are plastic, there are no detergents for the dishwasher and washing machine.
