Bala Suite at pen Y Coed Hall

When we first arrived we were greeted by the lovely host who was very welcoming and polite! The decor was really beautiful and fascinating! We were given the key for our room and as we went inside the decor continued! The bed was super comfy and we had a lovely sleep. Tea, coffee, biscuits and breakfast were all in the room and presented perfectly! The outside of the property was great to sit out and look at the views. Really lovely people and really lovely place. We will definitely be returning. Such a reasonable price too.

Decor size of room and little bits of home comfort

It is a very lovely guest house, spacious rooms, lots of personality and art and the staff are so welcoming. It was relaxing.

The booking was cancelled on the day by the owner - initially saying there was no hot water in the building, and then that another guest had damaged the room. The owner wasn't sure of how to refund our money, and communication was poor once we hit issues. Eventually customer services arranged a refund after I arranged that myself.
