THE PLACE TO RENT IF YOU WNAT TO RUIN YOUR VACATION8
The appartment is located next to a beautifull beach, considered the most beautifful in Belgium (at the very end of it, on the edge with the industrial port); it has food shops, restaurants, pharmaxy close by; the kitchinette has everything you need (dishes, cutleries, pots, coffee machine, water boiler, bread toaster); there are games for children available, including a play-station (that we did not use, but could be an advantage for other families), wi-fi was available and worked very well; acces to the appartment was easy via a key box with a code; information prior received via the platform, regarding the acces was on time, correct and helpful; bed sheets were clean; towels shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper were available.
Small, very dirty appartment, situated at the very end of the beach, living room facing a busy boulevard, where the tram is passing; very small bedrooms, with uncomfortable beds, bad pillows; in one bedroom it was impossible to open the window (blocked by the bed) and in the other bedroom you could open the window only too see a big grey wall (creepy); no air conditioning, the appartment (especially the bedrooms) is sufocating and humid; the "kitchen" is 1 square meter and it was full of oil spots and dirt; couch in the living room was full of sand; cushins on the chairs were dirty with many kind of spots, including blood; even so were the mattrasses (blood + probbaly other body fluids); bathroom is tiny; the shour cabin is not accomodating a man over 1,80 m, the doors were broken; it is impossible to brush your teeth using the tiny sink withoud hitting your head on the little closet above it; no luggage storage place, you cant't keep your luggage on the corridor, because you can't pass by any more; many unecessary decorations (lamps, paintings) all covered in thick layers of dust; we moved the bed in one bedroom about 10 cm to make place for the luggage and we discovered under the bed a thick layer of dirts and used tissues; a vacum cleaner was available, but unusable as it had no vacum cleaner bug in it and it was completely saturated with dirt and sand (thus I have cleaned what I could with Dettol wipes); we contacted the host after 3 days to ask for a refound and leave the appartment earlier but the only reaction we received was the day befor the check-out where we were asked to leave the appartment in "good conditions" and with a warning for extra charge; I asked for a 25% refound, for staying in those misserable conditions with my family, but I was offered half of the cleaning price as a refound.

Basis was aanwezig, maar we gaan het niet opnieuw boeken.
Locatie met auto goed bereikbaar. Lichtrijk appartement. 2 aparte kamers is ok.
De keuken was heel klein, en in de living stonden veel te veel zetels. Het dubbel bed was te klein voor 2 personen.
