I definitely liked that what you see is what you get. There was one sofa bed with a bunk bed on top - legit good for three people. I travelled and stayed here with two other people who are on the larger side and they were comfortable on the sofa bed below.
I liked that the host was also responsive to our needs such as trouble with check in/entering the room, parking, wifi password, and check out. I also called him with his personal number at some point because we had trouble entering the door of the place and he responded and it worked out. He looked for ways to make it work - especially with the parking endorsement. thank you so much!
by the way, i just want to comment that the shoe rack was cute and useful. The unit had board games, a PS4 (with games), a TV, and mini microphones for Karaoke. We didn't use any of these but we saw it and agreed that it was thoughtful of the host to include it hehe. There was also a small balcony.
WiFi password was easy to remember. Just make sure to ask the host for it.
Bathroom area includes a washer/dryer (we didn't use this, but just to note for future guests), and the toilet has a bidet.
The kitchen area includes one electric stove top, rice cooker, utensils, and a small refrigerator. We placed a few water bottles inside the ref and it cooled down right away. :)
Things to note for other guests/for improvement as opposed to things I didn't like:
Again, I would like to clarify that the place is good and is as advertised, so I'm happy!
But for future guests, make sure to bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper (toiletries)! There is hand soap and dishwashing liquid but things for the shower/toilet, please bring your own.
Towels for two were provided but since there were three of us, we lacked one. But it worked out since I was prepared and brought my own towel. But take note lang for future guests!
In the shower area, there's no door/curtain so you may need to mop (provided in the unit) after you shower and bring slippers/tsinelas which you're okay with getting wet.
As soon as you book this place, I suggest asking the host right away all of the necessary information that you need such as information on how to check in/out, and PARKING ENDORSEMENT. We had some trouble with parking (my fault. I didn't request for it right away). Kudos to the host once more for finding a way to provide parking for us, but for future guests, I suggest that if you need parking, you ask for it right away because they need to request/file it with the management of the building. You may need to pay 400 pesos (as of Dec 29/30, 2025), and provide information about your car such as driver name, plate number, color, car model, etc. Otherwise, there's free parking outside of the Azure North compound in front of Home Depot. For convenience, we opted to pay for parking instead.
I also suggest to bring some extension cords as plugs were limited.
