We entertained ourselves with TV, it is safe and secure. Welcomed by a friendly staff member. And we had an extra blankets in place as the place is very cold. Did I mention the heater/fan!?
We had only one hand towel to use during our stay. Please provide shower towels as well.
The direction to the BNB is completely misleading, please add more arrow that will direct us easy to the destination, or even writing on the wall will make it easier to spot the place. It also indicated that they are in Butha-Buthe, while they are in Qalo,far away from town.
Staff availability, we wanted to use the fridge and microwave, there was no one to assist us. Please give visitors a mini tour in case they want to use the kitchen facilities on their own.
