The location is perfect for relaxing days at Lake Chiemsee as well as for excursions into the Bavarian mountains—on foot or by bike. The idyllic bike and walking path to the lake starts right outside the front door. At the same time, you’re centrally located and can easily access everything you need for daily life.
The vacation rental is located in a popular residential area in Bernau am Chiemsee. You can even walk comfortably from the train station to the apartment.
A real highlight of the apartment is the exposed roof trusses, the generous ceiling height, and the two balconies. On the south-facing balcony, you can relax on a lounge chair for two, while on the west-facing balcony you can enjoy the stunning mountain views and the sunset. A dining area invites you to linger and makes the apartment perfect for relaxing days.
Two parking spaces are available right in front of the house. For remote work, there’s a workspace with Wi-Fi in the bright living area.
Start your day with a delicious cup of coffee on the balcony and enjoy the view of the mountains as well as all the amenities this apartment has to offer. A cozy, hotel-quality box-spring double bed in the bedroom ensures a restful night’s sleep. There is also another double bed where you can individually adjust the reclining position on one side using a motor. A high-quality sofa bed (Bolia; sleeping surface 160x200) is available for the 5th and 6th guests.
The modern dining area seats 1 to 6 people on comfortable leather chairs, perfect for cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster—everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
For movie nights, there’s a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix and internet TV. The bathroom features a shower and a comfortable bathtub where you can relax after an active day. A makeup mirror and a lighted mirror help you get ready to go out.
