This is a fantastic property in a great location. Very easy to walk to WaterColor Beach Club and to Seaside, but still quiet at night. Also very easy to walk to the Boathouse where they offer kayaking and stand up paddleboarding. The condo is spacious and was very comfortable for our family of four including two teens. In fact, the photos on Vrbo don’t do justice to how spacious the unit is. We never felt cramped - everyone had plenty of space. The huge wrap around balcony was also great - we loved eating meals at the outdoor table in the screened portion of the balcony.We would absolutely stay in this unit again - a great week in WaterColor!

Pool is great. Room could have been cleaner. Art was missing from the walls which we missed. Tub wouldn’t drain. Overall really nice. We will be back to watercolor.
