Location, beds, mattresses and pillows.
Not enough hooks and towel rails in the bathroom. No microwave. Poor sound insulation between rooms.

Good central location. Great pub. Room was clean and has seen some renovations since i last stayed there several years ago.
A bit noisy at night but probably my fault for going to bed early after a long day up the snow.

The bathroom was spacious and clean.
Location is good, however, Bright is a small town.
Room was dated and on the road. Noisy. There was some sort of a truck picking up or dropping off things at the pub at 6am. Extra noisy. The bed had no bedhead and next to the window which is split into two windows and allows a cold draft on your head through the window splits. It was 2 degrees last night. Just a very average hotel. Respectfully, I would recommend the price per night be dropped to a lower price to match the average nature of the hotel. Otherwise, a few upgrades needed pronto.
