The location is amazing. The hotel is nestled between other hotels between the piazetta and marina picola so there is no better location than that. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The terrace that we had in our room was amazing.
The walls are thin, so I could hear everything around and above me. That's bad when you wake up to a noisy neighbor in the middle of the night. The breakfast is poor. No variety and very limited. The check out time at 10:30 am is a ridiculous rule generally, but they extended it till 12.

The hotel is perfectly positioned between the best beach (free) at Marina Piccalo (12mins walk) and the main square (about 6min walk).
The staff, in particular Vincenzo and Federica, were very helpful and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Although the rooms were nice and clean and double room was a decent size, the price was very high for what was a very basic hotel. Guess that’s Capri!
Toilet didn’t work (even after repeatedly asking someone to check it) and shower was extremely small.
