The property benefits from all the advantages of central living with easy access to the city’s main business and commercial centres. Princes Street, George Street, St Andrew’s Square and Multrees Walk provide excellent shopping facilities, while a wide variety of bars and restaurants and other local amenities are all located within easy walking distance. Pleasant walks can be enjoyed nearby along the Water of Leith walkway, Inverleith Park and the Royal Botanic Gardens while there is convenient road access to the west leading to the city bypass, Edinburgh International Airport and central Scotland’s motorway network.
Our luxury three bedroom apartment has a combination of three bedrooms with king sized beds, three luxurious en-suites, fully stocked with bathroom amenities for our guests to indulge in. Beds can be made into twins to accommodate guests traveling with children or groups as well as two sofa beds in the living room. The communal open plan living area is beautifully decorated boasting the Georgian features of the property perfect for relaxing.

First, the staff is very professional and respond quickly to inquiries and potential problems. Check in is very easy with instructions sent via email prior to your arrival. This apartment is awesome and in a great location that is central to everything. There are marts for easy shopping. There are loads of restaurants. The one thing that was surprising were the many stairs leading to the apartment. Once you climb to the front door of the flat, you then must climb additional stairs inside of the apartment. Be prepared.

Nice location, nice kitchen/living space, way too many stairs that weren’t mentioned in description, too many low ceilings on which you whack your head , scary hallway that is quite dirty and dark
