This charming vacation apartment for 2 people is more than just a place to stay. The bright, lovingly furnished 55-square-meter apartment on the first floor features a living-dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with natural light, and a sunny south/east-facing balcony. Perfect for cyclists, beach lovers, and culture seekers—with a comfortable bed, a cozy armchair, and a lockable bike storage area.
We put a lot of time and heart into maintaining the Kompassrose, chasing after every grain of sand, and getting everything sparkling clean for you. That’s why we don’t outsource the preparation and cleaning of the apartment. For us, this is still a top priority, and after every guest, we personally swing the vacuum cleaner and mop. Freshly made beds and a full set of towels at no extra charge are already waiting for you. All you have to do is arrive, and your vacation can begin.
Located on the first floor, lovingly furnished apartment offers 55 square meters of space, including a cozy living-dining room, a separate bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a small balcony facing south/east. In addition to the cozy seating area, there’s also an electrically adjustable armchair that’s perfect for reading or relaxing. The dining area offers plenty of space with an extendable table and four chairs. The very well-equipped kitchen leaves little to be desired. In the bedroom, a wardrobe and a dresser keep things organized, and the 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed with extra-large bedding is perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bright, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Your bikes are stored in a locked room. Should your bike ever need repairs, the landlords are happy to provide tools. The apartment is allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed.
