About this apartment rental
Arcachon - Residential area of Les Abatilles (local shops 100m away), Large Studio (on the 1st floor, no elevator) in the "La Vacancerie" residence, located in a quiet area near Pereire beach (Arcachon's most beautiful beach, 1300m away, a 6-minute bike ride or 16-minute walk), the Parc Mauresque (1000m) and the town center (1.4km).
The studio comprises:
- A fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, washer/dryer, etc.) with an island and 4 bar stools
- A living area with a sofa opening onto a balcony. The southwest-facing balcony is perfect for dining and relaxing.
- A bedroom area enclosed by a glass partition and blackout curtains (two 80cm x 200cm beds that can be pushed together)
- A bathroom with a shower cubicle, vanity unit, and towel warmer
- Separate WC
- Outdoor parking for one car + bicycle rack
Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency. For example: a 140/160cm bed linen and towel set is €42/week, and a 90cm bed linen and towel set is €32/week.
Cleaning is included in the price.
During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €10/day.
