This dream vacation retreat features elegant upgrades throughout, including luxury vinyl plank flooring and a unique staircase crafted from sustainably sourced local mango wood with hand-painted Talavera tile risers imported from Mexico. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with antique white cabinetry, sleek granite countertops, and newer appliances that combine charm with modern convenience.
Designed for comfort and style, this spacious condo includes an energy-efficient central air conditioning system with a smart thermostat to keep you cool and relaxed. The primary and second bedroom feature luxurious king beds, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The townhome has a spacious patio that connects to the community's main walking path, only a short distance away from the fantastic Fairways' amenity center which offers a heated pool, hot tub and fitness center.
**Guests staying at Fairways at Mauna Lani 1305 may enjoy complimentary access during their stay to the Mauna Lani Wellness Center and Tennis Club, which features a fully equipped fitness center, lap pool, large gym, locker rooms, five tennis courts (including three lighted courts), and four pickleball courts. Additional classes, such as beach yoga, may also be available for an additional fee. The current membership is valid through 8/01/27 and must be renewed annually by the property owner. Membership may be discontinued without notice.

This is a beautiful, spacious condo. Super conveniently placed. We traveled with small kids, and this location was perfect for the kid-friendly beaches within walking distance. The pool is a perfect alternative when the beach doesn't do. The house has everything needed - big rooms, big kitchen, livingroom. Would stay there again!

We had a lovely time staying in this spacious, beautiful condo. It was clean and well-stocked with beach supplies and kitchen staples. It is also located very close to the pool and much is a nice bonus. The community had a lot of nice amenities and a beautiful, calm beach which we enjoyed. The host company was also very accommodating and helpful to us when we faced a weather-related delay. Mahalo!
