We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent—quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the market. The house was very clean, and we especially loved relaxing on the front porch and enjoying the ocean breeze.During our stay, the downstairs air conditioning was not working, which resulted in a musty odor. Some members of our group were sensitive to this, so we were unable to use the downstairs space as planned. Allison was very responsive and helped secure alternate accommodations for part of our group. Unfortunately, the repair could not be completed until the day we were leaving. While the situation was disappointing, these unexpected issues can happen, and we appreciated Allison’s efforts to make things right and ensure we were as comfortable as possible.Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this property, especially for its location, cleanliness, and the host’s responsiveness.

Excellent stay, excellent host. Just wish I knew beforehand that there are no stairs inside the house to the basement.
