The outdoor experience is truly special, with a sunken private entertaining area, an inviting pool for warm-weather dips, and an elevated entertainers' deck – all designed for long, lazy afternoons and relaxed gatherings under the open sky.
Inside, warmth and character welcome you at every turn. The cosy living room features a striking open fireplace and a large picture window framing views of the surrounding gardens – the perfect spot to curl up and unwind. From here, a wide entrance leads to the breath-taking heart of the home: a designer kitchen and dining space bathed in natural light. Earthy tones, a generous island bench, soft timber finishes and a magnificent window seat invite you to pause, read, or simply watch the trees sway outside.
The spacious primary bedroom features a pressed metal ceiling, lovely garden views, and a peaceful study nook overlooking the pool – an ideal space for quiet reflection or work. This room is served by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The second bedroom, also with a charming garden outlook, has access to an additional bathroom for added comfort and convenience.
Comfort is assured all year round with gas ducted heating, a reverse cycle split system in the main bedroom, and the ambient glow of the fireplace in the cooler months.
