- The bunk room features two built-in bunk beds, each with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The room can sleep up to 6 guests and is especially well-suited for children and families.

- Two additional King bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms and private lanais

- Two Twin air mattresses for additional sleeping flexibility

- Two Pack ’n Plays available for families traveling with little ones

- Private Heated Pool & Spa: Enjoy a spacious 16 ft × 25 ft private pool, attached 8 ft × 8 ft spa, and a generous shallow Baja shelf for lounging and relaxing in the water.

You may also find beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, surf/body boards, toys, and other beach items at the home. These items are left for guests to enjoy when available, but the selection can change between stays, so we recommend bringing or renting anything essential for your plans.

Hale Maia is tucked inside the beautiful Kukuiʻula community, surrounded by luxury homes and tropical landscaping, with the golf course directly across from the property.



From here, you’re just minutes from world-famous Poipu Beach, scenic coastal trails, and the vibrant shops and restaurants of Koloa Town. Nature lovers will also enjoy easy access to nearby botanical gardens, surfing spots, and family-friendly snorkeling beaches.



Getting Around:

- Best Option: A rental car is highly recommended for exploring Kauai with ease.

- Ride Services: Uber and taxis are available.

- Parking: Two vehicles can park in the garage, with two additional spaces in the driveway.

- Nearby Attractions: Poipu Beach Park, Kukuiʻula Village Shopping Center, Spouting Horn, and Allerton Garden are all nearby. Many destinations are approximately a 5-minute drive or a scenic 20–40 minute walk.
