Everything about this booking was excellent. The hosts provided clear communication after we booked including a discount code for the ferry and a brochure for the property. The private car parking was easy to access and it was easy to access the property. The accommodation was well equipped and had everything we wanted, we used the kitchen facilities a few times. There was a nice welcome pack and the location was super convenient to shops etc. I would recommend this property and look forward to an opportunity to stay again.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like or that could be improved.

Great location to get to Shanklin, the old village and the coast. Very clean. Equipped well.
The bathroom was very narrow making it awkward to manoeuvre and we aren’t particularly big people. The bed in the master room is a small double so was quite difficult to get comfortable with two of you sleeping in it.

Very clean with good facilities and parking
Very hot and the heating controls did not seem to make much difference.
Noise from upstairs in the morning was disturbing.
Final impression was poor due to surly cleaning staff who made us feel uncomfortable for checking out at 1030. Admittedly we should have noticed that checkout was 1000 but didn’t as this is not the norm. This sadly left a sour taste at the end of an otherwise pleasant stay.
