- Cleaning is included in the rate. Towels must be brought or can be rented on-site for 20 euros per set.
- You must bring your own bed linen; it is not provided.
- A tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night is payable on arrival.
- Two deposits are required on arrival: one for the rental and one for cleaning; the cleaning deposit will be returned if cleaning is satisfactory, otherwise retained.
- Pets allowed on request for a 25 euros fee per stay. A tasting platter is offered on prior reservation.
