Room 3 Superior Double with 1 queen bed, Smart Tv 58", closet and private bathroom.
Room 4 Standard Double with 1 bed sleeps 2 beds, the bathroom is outside the room.
Laundry.

The infrastructure is modern, with hotel bed linen and towels, hot water, in addition to having 2 garages for up to 4 cars.
Guest Access
All the rooms of the duplex are available to guests, in addition to the terrace located on the top level.
