About this cottage rental
Near Ray-sur-Saône, a charming small town in the Franche-Comté region, with its church, chapel, wayside crosses, wash houses, and communal forests... Enjoy the scenic walks along the Saône River. Things to do: historical tours of the village and the region's castles, a brewery, a clog-making workshop with a museum of antique tools and wooden toys, and Father Gaillot's apiary (buy directly from the producer). In the village center, a renovated old stone house with an outdoor swimming pool, shared with the owners (open from May 15th to September 30th).
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge, shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 cot), 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 2 single beds).
Enclosed and landscaped garden with lawn. High-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbps) throughout the property. Available: pétanque court, outdoor ping-pong table, board games.
TNT television + foreign channels via Astra 19.2 satellite.
Sheets provided, beds made upon arrival. Towels not provided.
Utilities not included: electric heating and firewood. Firewood: €40/week. Electricity: 8 kWh/day included, €0.25/kWh thereafter.
