The staff were great and helpful and spoke English. The room was great. No elevator, but the staff cheerfully offered to carry my bag to third floor. Pool looked green but lots of people were swimming in it.

Hotel is very nice and all staff was very friendly in helping check in and provide different services such as money exchange, directions, taxi, tour info, restaurant suggestion and even electronics. Rooms are nice, pool as well, and breakfast has a nice selection. They are just outside of the city center so a little bit of a walk and there is no english tv.
