The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this summer 2026, the wellness area is open from 11am to 6pm, from 28 June until 30 August 2026, every day (from 12pm to 6pm on Wednesday and Saturday). For winter 2026-2027, it is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) until 11 April 2027, every day except Saturday during school holidays and every day except Wednesday outside school holidays.
Accommodation: The Agence des Orres offers for rent this apartment, rustic and warm, for 6 people with an area of 34 m2 and located in the heart of the Orres 1800. Oriented to the east and located on the second floor, it overlooks the central square and its many shops. From the balcony with a garden furniture, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding peaks. The accommodation consists of an entrance with storage, a living room with sofa bed and TV, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue equipment, etc.; a double bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilets.You will find for sleeping: a convertible sofa in 140 x 190 cm in the living room, a double bed in 140 x 190 cm in the bedroom and two single beds in 80 x 190 cm in the night corner.PETIT PLUS: you will have the possibility to reserve a parking space in the underground parking lot giving direct access to the accommodation by the elevator (surcharge and subject to availability).For your convenience, you will have access to the wellness area of the residence with sauna cabins, heated outdoor swimming pool and fitness room (open in season only, summer and winter).You will be ideally located close to the shops (restaurants, bakery, supermarket and regional products, equipment rentals, etc.), activities and events, as well as only about 50 meters from the departures of the ski or mountain bike slopes.
