Located in the heart of the famous Saint-Émilion vineyards, Maison Cantalupo Piscine-Balnéo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time together. This spacious 250 m² villa combines modern comfort with the charm of southwest France, ideal for family holidays or groups of friends. The house accommodates up to eight adults and three children (plus babies) in six well-appointed bedrooms, including four double rooms for adults and a master suite with its own kitchenette and a two-person whirlpool bathtub.
There are four modern bathrooms, a large bright living room, and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and many amenities designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Air conditioning is available in the sleeping areas for your comfort. Guests have access to a washing machine, a large TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and two baby cots for the youngest guests.
Outside, you will enjoy a completely private space with several furnished terraces and a beautiful saltwater pool. For everyone’s safety, especially children, please lock the pool cover after use. Four parking spaces are available on the property, providing easy and convenient access. The villa is secured by surveillance cameras at the entrance.
A small pet may be accepted upon prior request. Please note that the house is non-smoking and parties or events are not allowed to ensure the peace of the property.
