The host was helpful and attentive. The check in details provided were very clear and detailed so check-in was a breeze. The flat was a unique two-bedroom flat (beds and bedding were warm and cozy) in a fantastic area, metro station a minute’s walk, nice restaurants and shops in the area. Helpful instructions for turning heat on, nice shower with shower gel and shampoo provided. Check out instructions clear and not onerous. Highly recommended staying here, we will next time we are in Paris!

Check in was very easy and the apartment is well situated in a great neighbourhood with lots of food choices and transport links.The apartment itself is incredibly charming however I had some issues:- communication with the owner - I never heard directly from the owner to any questions I've asked directly through the app prior to and during our stay- WiFi - the WiFi is unstable and unreliable which made working from the apartment and joining and hosting online meetings incredibly frustrating which is unacceptable in 2026- cleanliness - the apartment smelt of cigarettes with some of the smell in the bedsheets in the small bedroom which made me question how clean the bedsheets were. The apartment was dusty and the sofa had a lot of dirt between the padding. The dishwasher was also filthy with a strong musty smell, the washing machine was fine and the bathroom was clean.Our stay was fine but for what we paid we would expect a bit more service and cleanliness.
